Braden uses Boulder for a bike focused training block:
14 days of training revolving around a
4 day micro cycle of 2 harder training days/a long endurance day and then
a recovery day.

Swim and easy bike
5-7 hour ride climbing to over 2200m with short easy run off the bike
5km swim/ 2hour hilly run/ 2 hour endurance ride
5km swim/ 3 hour bike ride with 3-4 x 20 min 70.3 intensity intervals/ 14-16 km run which is performed as 1km intervals at 3 mins 40-50 sec pace followed by 1 min easy jog.
